At a young age I found a passion for photography, which was sparked further with an adventurous move to Alaska. From there it quickly grew into a hobby. Living in Alaska had its perks. Who can say no to photographing the Northern Lights? I found myself spending many nights of the dark Alaska winters shooting the Auroras. Staying out way to late and freezing my fingers and toes. Fun fact, Cameras freeze up at -30F.

I moved to Seattle in 2012 and attended the Art Institute from which I obtained a Bachelor’s of Fine Art in Commercial Photography. Oddly, I quickly transitioned to shooting fashion, portraits and editorials. Working with fellow creatives such as designers, marketing majors and fashion stylists, allowed me to learn a great deal about the industry. Upon completion of school I got a gig shooting for a high volume e-commerce giant called zulily. My experience there taught me a lot. I photographed kids, home and hardline products, shoes, and flat lays, eventually honing in on on-model women’s imagery. I then transitioned to a social media production team which involved creating snack-able social media content, on site videos, and Facebook Live broadcasts which took me to New York, Pennsylvania and San Diego. It was a fun job! I decided to jump into the freelance world in 2019 and have loved it ever since. I love photographing a wide array of things and people in the photographic world.
